Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for their New Business team in Dublin. You'll manage the full sales cycle, engage with stakeholders, and develop strategies to expand Stripe's revenue in the SMB sector. This role requires strong negotiation skills and fluency in a Nordic language.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Your experience includes working with SMB customers, where you've developed and executed long-term sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You possess superior verbal and written communication skills in English and are fluent in a Nordic language such as Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish. You thrive in complex negotiation scenarios, demonstrating the ability to lead discussions involving bespoke commercial agreements. Your strong interest in technology and understanding of the financial infrastructure space enable you to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will own the full sales cycle, which includes developing business cases, structuring deals, and negotiating terms to close and activate new accounts. You will work closely with new SMB customers to identify their needs and align on technical and business requirements with product teams. Your role will involve building value in competitive situations and leading commercial negotiations to secure deals. You will also manage existing relationships, identifying new opportunities to expand Stripe's footprint within those accounts. Your ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of the sales process.
