What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Trustpilot's new Growth squad, focusing on enhancing the consumer experience. You will conduct strategic discovery and research to identify consumer needs and opportunities, developing an end-to-end design vision that drives growth. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will rapidly test hypotheses and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Your work will directly impact how Trustpilot engages with new consumer audiences, shaping the overall product strategy.

You will take ownership of the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring that your designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. You will work closely with UX researchers to gather insights that inform your design decisions, helping to create a seamless experience across Trustpilot's consumer and B2B platforms.
