Overview

Astranis is hiring a Harness Manufacturing Engineer to oversee the delivery of flight-worthy harnesses for satellite integration. You'll work closely with design engineering and production teams, requiring expertise in aerospace harness design and manufacturing.

Who you are

You have a strong background in aerospace engineering, particularly in the design and manufacturing of wire harnesses. Your experience spans both the design and build phases, ensuring that you understand the intricacies involved in creating high-quality harnesses for aerospace applications. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within specifications. Your technical skills include proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with embedded systems, which are crucial for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges. You are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of your work.

Desirable

Experience with electrical systems and mechanical engineering principles is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing aerospace manufacturing will enhance your candidacy.
