Growth Marketing Manager, Partnerships

Meta empowers millions of businesses to connect with customers and drive real business outcomes. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate advertiser adoption of Meta's advertising solutions through strategic technology partnerships. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of product, partnerships, and growth—designing and executing data-driven programs that help businesses discover, adopt, and maximize the value of Meta's advertising products. You'll work with cross-functional teams across the ecosystem to unlock new growth opportunities, remove friction in the customer journey, and scale high-impact solutions that drive measurable business results. This role requires someone who can analyze data to identify opportunities / challenges, rapidly experiment and iterate leveraging growth tactics and scaled channels while scaling what works to drive business impact.
