Nebius AI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to enhance the new hire experience from offer acceptance through onboarding. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Who you are

You have experience in designing and implementing onboarding processes that create a welcoming and effective experience for new hires. You understand the importance of a seamless transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding phase, ensuring that new employees feel supported and informed throughout their journey. You are skilled in collaborating with various teams, including Recruiting, HR, and IT, to deliver a consistent and human-centered onboarding experience. You are data-driven, using feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall employee experience. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end new hire experience, ensuring that every aspect of the onboarding process is well-designed and executed. You will work closely with the Recruiting team to ensure a smooth transition for candidates from the applicant tracking system to the HR information system. You will design onboarding materials and resources that help new hires acclimate to the company culture and their roles. You will gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the onboarding experience. You will partner with various departments to ensure that new employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed from day one. You will track onboarding metrics to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements. You will contribute to a collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation, helping to shape the future of employee experience at Nebius.
