Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for understanding user behavior — your experience in data analysis has equipped you with the skills to derive insights that drive product growth. You are comfortable working with various data tools and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels — whether it's through reports, presentations, or informal discussions, you can articulate your insights effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of metrics that matter for product-led growth, ensuring that your analyses are both thorough and relevant.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies would be a plus, as you will be expected to contribute to experiments that inform product decisions. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms will help you in your role, as you will be analyzing user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

What you'll do

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and develop dashboards that track product performance. Your insights will help shape product roadmaps and prioritize features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

You will conduct user research to understand pain points and opportunities within the product, using your findings to recommend actionable improvements. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting data from various sources, allowing you to provide recommendations that align with business objectives.

You will also participate in A/B testing initiatives, helping to design experiments that validate hypotheses and inform product decisions. Your ability to analyze test results will be key in determining the effectiveness of new features and enhancements.
