Formlabs is hiring an Account Executive to drive sales of their cutting-edge 3D printing technology. You'll engage with clients to understand their needs and expand product adoption. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach.
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in technology or manufacturing sectors. You understand customer demand and are skilled at selling innovative solutions that meet client needs. Your approach is solution-oriented, and you excel at building relationships with prospective customers. You are goal-driven and tech-savvy, eager to utilize outreach strategies to identify and close sales opportunities. You enjoy interfacing with clients and are committed to ensuring an amazing customer experience while assessing up-sell and cross-sell potential.
Experience in additive manufacturing or 3D printing technology is a plus, as is familiarity with sales strategies that drive product adoption. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will set you apart.
In this role, you will proactively expand Formlabs product adoption at strategic accounts, ensuring that customers fully utilize the technology available to them. You will execute proven sales plays to demonstrate value to customers and expand overall usage and adoption of Formlabs products. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will assess customer needs and tailor your approach to meet those needs effectively. You will be responsible for understanding customer demand and leveraging that knowledge to drive sales. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Formlabs offers a competitive salary of $114,000 annually, with eligibility for overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour work week. As a full-time employee, you will enjoy a stable income while having the opportunity to earn more through overtime. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction, contributing to the future of fabrication.
