Senior Product Manager

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech or cybersecurity sectors. You possess a strong understanding of product development processes and have successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, has been key to your success in driving product strategy and execution.

You are skilled in developing clear and compelling product requirements and user stories, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on the vision and objectives of the product. Your analytical mindset allows you to prioritize features based on impact and revenue potential, making data-driven decisions that enhance product value.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your excellent communication skills enable you to articulate product strategies and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are passionate about security and understand the importance of protecting customers' assets in a digital landscape.

Desirable

Experience with AI products or security solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the effort to develop and refine product requirements for Synack's AI-powered security product suite. You will work closely with the executive team to align product strategy with business goals and market needs. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing features based on their potential impact and supporting the operations teams in delivering scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, participating in scrum ceremonies and managing the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features. Your role will involve crafting a compelling product roadmap that resonates with both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring that the product meets market demands.

You will also be responsible for conducting user research and gathering feedback to continuously improve the product. Your insights will help shape the direction of the product and ensure that it remains competitive in the market. You will analyze metrics to measure product success and make recommendations for enhancements based on data.
