Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values happiness and community engagement. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to connect with customers and understand their needs effectively. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure customer satisfaction. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
