BitGo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for fintech clients, helping them onboard and integrate with digital asset solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of customer needs in the fintech space.
You have 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the fintech or technology sectors — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with digital asset solutions. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is second to none, and you thrive on being a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complex integrations and maximize the value of their investments.
You possess a strong understanding of the fintech landscape and are familiar with digital asset services such as custody, wallets, and trading — this knowledge allows you to effectively communicate with clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for your clients.
You are data-driven and can analyze client usage patterns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement — your insights help clients optimize their use of BitGo’s offerings. You are proactive in your approach, anticipating client needs and addressing potential issues before they arise, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Experience working with blockchain technology or digital assets is a plus, as it enables you to engage more deeply with clients in this rapidly evolving space. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools will help you manage client interactions effectively and track progress against goals.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at BitGo, you will serve as a dedicated advisor to platform and fintech clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they integrate deeply with our wallet and custody solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, helping them navigate our offerings to achieve their business objectives.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction — your role will involve regular check-ins and strategic discussions to assess client health and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to drive long-term success for your clients, acting as their advocate within BitGo.
Your responsibilities will include developing success plans tailored to each client, tracking their progress, and providing insights based on usage data — you will leverage this information to recommend best practices and enhancements that align with their goals. You will also be involved in training clients on our products, ensuring they are equipped to use our solutions effectively.
