You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with experience in managing enterprise accounts. Your strong network within the High Tech Campus Eindhoven ecosystem enables you to connect with key stakeholders and drive business growth effectively. You are a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving targets and expanding market presence.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Elastic's Search AI Platform to diverse audiences. Your ability to build relationships and foster innovative technical partnerships is crucial for success in this role. You are comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals and have a strategic mindset that helps you identify opportunities for expansion.
Experience in the AI or cloud-based solutions space is a plus, as is familiarity with consumption-based business models. You are adaptable and open to learning about new technologies and market trends that can enhance your sales strategy.
In this role, you will own your territory and build a robust pipeline by developing and executing a proactive outbound cadence that generates at least 50% of your booked opportunities. You will leverage your established network to drive net-new revenue and expansion within Enterprise accounts, focusing on the deep-tech hub of Eindhoven.
You will be responsible for telling the Elastic Search AI story, showcasing how our solutions can help organizations unlock the potential of their data. Your role will involve closing complex deals that require collaboration with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the sales process.
You will also engage with R&D teams in AI, MedTech, and embedded systems, fostering partnerships that can lead to innovative solutions and mutual growth. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies will be key to your success.
