Who you are

You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform light bodywork tasks effectively. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles to prepare them for sale. You will remove and install bumpers, perform minor plastic welding, and carry out small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you are equipped to deliver the best results. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
