Directive Consulting is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for B2B clients. You'll leverage your expertise in SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization to drive client success. This role requires strong experience in the SaaS marketplace.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the B2B sector, and possess a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies. Your expertise spans across various channels including SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization, allowing you to craft comprehensive marketing strategies that drive results. You are a T-Shaped Marketer, meaning you have a broad understanding of marketing disciplines while possessing deep expertise in specific areas, particularly in the SaaS marketplace. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about using data to inform your decisions and optimize campaigns. Your ability to interface with clients and pitch strategies is exceptional, and you take pride in owning the success of your client portfolio. You are committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to provide innovative solutions for your clients.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics platforms that help track and measure campaign performance. You have a knack for storytelling through data and can translate complex metrics into actionable insights for clients. A background in working with startups or SMBs will give you an edge in understanding the unique challenges these businesses face.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of no more than seven accounts, ensuring that each client's performance marketing needs are met and exceeded. You will develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that focus on generating SQLs and driving customer acquisition. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges. You will also be responsible for pitching new strategies to clients, ensuring they are aligned with their business objectives. As a key player in the team, you will contribute to the development of new demand generation offerings that enhance our service portfolio. You will work closely with other marketing professionals to share insights and best practices, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and results.
