A certified compliance designation, such as CAMS, is a plus, and if you have experience acting as a Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer (CAMLO), that would be an added advantage. Your familiarity with SQL will help you in analyzing data and generating reports that support compliance efforts. You are passionate about working in a high-growth fintech environment, where your contributions can directly impact the future of business banking in Canada.

You will lead regulatory reporting efforts and liaise with authorities as needed, ensuring that Venn maintains a strong compliance posture.
Training staff on compliance and regulatory best practices will be a key aspect of your role, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. You will support due diligence and third-party vendor reviews, ensuring that all partnerships align with Venn's compliance standards. Investigating and resolving compliance issues or breaches will require your keen analytical skills and attention to detail, as you work to uphold the integrity of Venn's operations.
