Esri is hiring a Productization Manager to craft and implement ArcGIS Productization Plans. You'll collaborate with product managers and operational teams to ensure effective product delivery. This role requires strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in productization processes. Your business acumen allows you to craft detailed productization plans that align with company objectives and enhance customer experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey product operational strategies effectively across the organization. Experience in the GIS or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with licensing and distribution channels. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining productization plans for assigned ArcGIS products. This includes defining business models, distribution channels, and business policies that align with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers and operational readiness teams to ensure that productization plans are current and accurate, facilitating smooth product launches.
You will drive process improvement initiatives by working with various divisions to ensure they have the information needed to build effective workflows and processes. Your role will involve post-release consultation, providing guidance to staff, distributors, and customers on business and licensing model issues. You will also communicate product operational strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding among all stakeholders.
