What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at KnowBe4, you will act as a crucial part of the sales team by qualifying leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel. Your responsibilities will include researching potential customers, connecting with them through various channels, and effectively communicating the value of KnowBe4's AI-driven Human Risk Management platform. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and contribute to the overall success of the sales process. Your role will involve tracking and reporting on lead generation activities, providing insights to improve strategies, and participating in team meetings to share your findings and learnings.
