UpGuard is seeking a Sales Development Representative Manager to lead and expand their APAC SDR team. You'll drive pipeline generation and optimize sales processes using modern sales technologies. This role requires expertise in sales leadership and analytics.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data to optimize sales processes and improve team performance. You are familiar with modern sales technologies, including AI and automation, and understand how to implement these tools effectively to enhance productivity. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies and achieve business objectives. You are results-driven and have a passion for developing high-performing teams that excel in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
