TaxBit is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers. You'll focus on customer satisfaction, product adoption, and relationship management. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a customer-centric approach.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your experience includes managing enterprise-level clients and ensuring their satisfaction and success with the product. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and are skilled at identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to clients and collaborate with internal teams. Your ability to advocate for customers while balancing company goals is a key strength. You are proactive in addressing customer needs and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You are knowledgeable about the digital asset landscape and compliance challenges, which enables you to provide valuable insights and support to your customers. Your analytical mindset helps you track customer metrics and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that clients realize the full value of the solutions provided.
Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology sectors is a plus. Familiarity with tax reporting and accounting processes will enhance your ability to support customers effectively. A background in project management or implementation can also be beneficial in this role.
