You have over 5 years of program or project management experience, demonstrating your ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Your experience includes using data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize processes, particularly in fast-paced environments. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate goals and responsibilities clearly to cross-functional teams. You thrive in entrepreneurial settings where experimentation and rapid learning are encouraged, and you are adept at navigating the complexities of large-scale projects.
You have a solid understanding of grocery operations, including forecasting, scheduling, capacity management, and supply chain coordination. Your background equips you to support process development and optimization, ensuring that operations scale efficiently as demand increases. You are comfortable working with engineering teams and have experience in agile environments, allowing you to develop optimal solutions while balancing time-to-market considerations.
