Databricks is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales in the Mid Market and Digital Native sectors in France. You'll leverage your SaaS and Cloud sales experience to grow consumption and exceed revenue targets. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
You have 3-5 years of closing experience selling SaaS or Cloud solutions, particularly to Mid Market customers in France. Your background includes a strong understanding of the consumption sales process, and you are adept at articulating the value of complex cloud and big data technologies to customers. You thrive in a solution-focused sales environment and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Your experience includes working with Digital Native accounts, which gives you insight into their unique needs and challenges. You are a strategic thinker who can assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy to drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth. You are comfortable using Salesforce to track customer details, including use cases and forecasting.
You are passionate about understanding products in-depth and enjoy communicating their value to customers and partners. You have a solution-oriented mindset and are familiar with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, and the Challenger Sale. You are a self-starter who can guide deals forward and compress decision cycles effectively.
Experience in the big data sector is highly desirable, as is familiarity with the specific challenges faced by Digital Native companies. You are also encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value curiosity and a growth mindset.
In this role, you will assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy to drive consumption growth in existing accounts. You will be responsible for exceeding activity and quarterly revenue targets while ensuring 100% satisfaction among all customers. You will identify new use case opportunities and showcase the value of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform to existing customers.
You will track all customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce. Your ability to articulate intricate cloud and big data technologies and their business value will be crucial in promoting the platform effectively. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they are receiving the maximum value from our solutions.
