Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to perform bodywork on various automotive panels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience and offers a $4,000 bonus.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various tasks such as heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. Your expertise in large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, showcases your skill in delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English, ensuring effective communication within the team.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair will enhance your ability to excel in this role.
