CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to monitor and optimize AI interactions, transforming human-machine interactions into actionable insights. You'll work with data analysis tools like SQL and Power BI in Rio de Janeiro.
You have a strong analytical mindset and are results-oriented, with experience in monitoring and optimizing the efficiency of AI agents. Your mission is to transform interactions between humans and machines into actionable indicators, ensuring technology evolves based on statistical evidence and behavioral patterns. You are the guardian of technical quality, identifying where AI succeeds and where it fails, providing critical insights for improvement.
You possess experience in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio. Knowledge of programming logic or log analysis tools, particularly SQL, is a significant advantage. You are familiar with customer experience metrics and the performance of chatbots and natural language processing systems. Your critical thinking skills enable you to identify biases and logical flaws in language models.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring interactions by collecting and mining data from large volumes of conversation logs to identify behavioral patterns and bottlenecks in the flow. You will conduct root cause analysis to investigate response failures, understand logical deviations, and provide detailed insights for the curation team to adjust content accordingly. You will create, maintain, and evolve dashboards focused on key performance indicators, such as the accuracy of AI understanding user intent and the resolution of user problems without human intervention.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI systems are continuously improved based on data-driven insights. Your role will involve regular reporting on the performance of AI interactions, highlighting areas for enhancement and ensuring that the technology meets user needs effectively.
