Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician

Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to learn and grow in the auto body repair field. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle is prepped to the highest standards. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint. This includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle meets our quality standards before it is painted. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of vehicles.
