Join the Digital Acceleration organization as a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help scale and deliver foundational digital purchase and management experiences across Amazon. As a Senior TPM on the Digital Purchase and Management Experience team—which includes Your Orders, Manage Subscriptions, and the broader digital purchase experience—you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance how customers interact with their digital purchases. This team is responsible for building core capabilities that support seamless digital transactions and robust post-transaction management experiences.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will own end-to-end program execution—from roadmap planning and stakeholder communication to risk management and cross-team alignment. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business partners to drive timely delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions that unify digital and retail experiences. Your work will also contribute to large-scale modernization efforts, including the migration from legacy systems and the adoption of GenAI-powered capabilities—all while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.

Amazon Digital Acceleration powers ordering, subscriptions, and device management for Prime, Amazon Video, Music, Audible, Alexa, and Kindle, amongst other digital businesses. - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
