Overview

HubSpot is hiring a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist to lead complex onboarding processes for customers. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, leveraging your expertise in HubSpot to drive customer success. This role requires strong consulting skills and experience in managing multi-stakeholder implementations.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer onboarding, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable onboarding strategies sets you apart. You are comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and can navigate competing priorities with ease. Your expertise in HubSpot and inbound best practices allows you to serve as a subject-matter expert for customers with sophisticated needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementations. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to facilitate effective discovery sessions across diverse customer contexts.

Desirable

Experience with technical elements such as integrations, APIs, and product configuration is a plus. Familiarity with advanced business processes and reporting needs will help you design scalable solutions that align with customer objectives. A background in consulting or a similar field will enhance your ability to advise customers effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end onboarding for complex customers, ensuring they realize value from HubSpot quickly and confidently. You will manage competing priorities and timelines to deliver successful implementations, translating customer business goals into measurable onboarding objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product configuration, integrations, training, and initial campaign execution to accelerate customer impact. You will advise customers on technical elements within the HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform effectively. You will partner cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, adapting your approach based on customer needs and contexts.
