Your attention to detail will be crucial in categorizing and prioritizing cases effectively, ensuring that members receive timely responses to their concerns.
Oscar offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00, along with employee benefits and a monthly vacation accrual rate of 15 days per year. You will have the opportunity to work in a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. While your daily tasks will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Joining Oscar means being part of a company that is dedicated to transforming the health insurance experience for its members, and you will play a vital role in that mission.
