Curri is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, Go-to-Market to lead recruiting for their revenue-generating teams. You'll collaborate with executive leaders to enhance hiring processes and attract top talent. This role requires extensive experience in in-house recruiting.
You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in high-growth environments, with a focus on Go-to-Market roles. Your experience spans at least 5 years in recruiting, where you've successfully partnered with various teams to fulfill their hiring needs. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are adept at building relationships with executive leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements. You possess a strategic mindset, enabling you to design and implement effective hiring processes that align with the company's growth objectives. Your hands-on approach to recruiting allows you to actively engage with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. You are committed to shaping the talent strategy and enhancing the hiring foundations of the organization.
Experience in recruiting for sales, account management, and revenue operations roles is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven recruiting strategies and tools will help you excel in this position. A background in scaling recruiting processes in a startup or high-growth company will be beneficial.
In this role, you will own and scale the recruiting efforts for Curri's revenue-generating teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations. You will lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, ensuring that you attract and secure top-tier talent. Collaborating closely with executive leaders and hiring managers, you will design and improve the Go-to-Market hiring processes to support the company's growth. You will play a critical role in shaping Curri's talent strategy, focusing on building a strong pipeline of candidates and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring teams. You will also analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the hiring processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
