[TECH] IT Engineer [IT AND SECURITY]

You have a strong background in IT support, acting as the first point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues. You are skilled in managing and improving workplace technologies, establishing best practices, and defining service standards. Your experience includes partnering closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues and deliver practical solutions. You are proactive in improving and automating IT processes, ensuring smooth collaboration within the team. You have a knack for maintaining and optimizing tools and platforms, ensuring logical configurations and accurate documentation. You thrive in a hands-on environment and are committed to providing excellent support to your colleagues.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all colleagues have the tools and support they need to succeed. You will manage IT support across the Benelux region, resolving various technical issues that arise. You will lead and complete technical projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, with measurable impacts on the business. Your role will involve maintaining and optimizing workplace technologies, including Google Workspace, Azure, and the Atlassian Suite. You will also be tasked with establishing best practices for IT support and ensuring that knowledge is shared effectively within the team. Your contributions will help shape and improve workplace technologies, driving proactive improvements that align with HelloFresh's values of Speed & Agility and Learning Never Stops.
