You have a strong background in relationship management, particularly within the financial services sector, and are comfortable engaging with business owners to build rapport and trust. Your experience includes managing teams and fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive. You are curious and eager to understand the unique challenges faced by established SMEs, and you are committed to providing proactive banking services that meet their needs. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex banking solutions in a way that resonates with clients. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing a portfolio of remotely managed SMEs, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to thrive. As a Squad Lead, you will also have line management responsibilities, overseeing a small team of Central Relationship Managers. You will mentor and support your team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience and drive the bank's mission of becoming the UK's most recommended bank for established SMEs. You will actively participate in client acquisition outreach activities, contributing to the growth of the bank's lending book and customer base.
