Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the safety operations of AWS Data Centers in the Mumbai West region. You will work closely with onsite physical security teams to ensure that safety measures are effectively implemented and maintained. Your collaboration with vendors and compliance officers will be crucial in adhering to safety regulations and standards. You will conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety practices, fostering an environment where safety is prioritized.

You will also be involved in incident investigations, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to prevent future occurrences. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring that the organization remains compliant and proactive in its safety efforts. You will contribute to the development of safety policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and understood across the organization.
