What you'll do

As an Air Operations Associate, you will execute end-to-end air shipments, ensuring that all processes are followed according to the standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for receiving bookings and coordinating with shippers, consignees, and agents to arrange shipments effectively. Inputting data into the system to create files and completing necessary documentation such as Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB) will be key tasks in your daily routine. You will also ensure the correct and timely handling of files, including filing Automated Manifest System (AMS) or submitting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) as required.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining communication with various stakeholders to keep shipments on track. Your attention to detail will help prevent delays and ensure that all shipments are processed efficiently. You will also assist in identifying areas for improvement within the air operations process, contributing to overall efficiency and profitability across the Vietnam gateway.
