Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead projects focused on the implementation of Veeva Vault CDMS and eCOA applications. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of strategies that enhance data capture and management processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on system enhancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of Veeva's offerings. Your role will involve training clients on the use of Veeva eCOA applications, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of the technology.

Additionally, you will monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet client expectations and project timelines. Your insights will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
