As a Benefits Partner at Braze, you will play a pivotal role in the Global Benefits function. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing benefits programs across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Your expertise will guide the development of competitive benefits offerings that meet the diverse needs of our employees. You will collaborate with the People Team to ensure that our benefits programs are aligned with our organizational goals and values. Additionally, you will work with external brokers and providers to maintain compliance and sustainability in our benefits offerings.
