HubSpot is hiring a Director of People Operations Enablement & PMO to lead complex initiatives and enhance service delivery within People Operations. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure operational excellence and technology enablement. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills.
You have extensive experience in People Operations or a related field, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency. Your ability to partner with various stakeholders, including HRIS, IT, and analytics teams, allows you to align strategy with execution effectively. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey priorities and progress to executive-level stakeholders clearly. You are adept at establishing governance models and operating rhythms that enhance execution discipline across teams.
You have a deep understanding of service delivery models and the technology that supports them, particularly with platforms like ServiceNow. Your experience in knowledge enablement strategies empowers teams to deliver exceptional Tier 0 experiences. You thrive in environments that require a meta view of execution, ensuring clarity and consistency in operations as the organization scales. You are passionate about improving the employee experience and driving predictable delivery through structured processes.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics and reporting tools that support decision-making in People Operations. A background in change management and process enhancement will further strengthen your candidacy. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can influence change effectively.
In this role, you will serve as the PMO for People Operations, providing clear visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress across various initiatives. You will lead complex, cross-functional work, including service migrations and operating model changes, ensuring that all projects align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your leadership will establish execution discipline through governance models and operating rhythms, enhancing the overall effectiveness of People Operations.
You will partner closely with People Ops leadership and other key stakeholders to align strategy with execution, ensuring that all initiatives are well-coordinated and effectively communicated. Your oversight of the knowledge enablement strategy will empower Service Delivery teams to provide exceptional support and enhance the employee experience. You will also oversee the enablement of People Ops technology, ensuring that platforms like ServiceNow are effectively utilized to support workflows, knowledge management, SLAs, reporting, and automation.
