In this role, you will manage the full-cycle coordination of candidate interviews, which includes scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews. You will roll out the red carpet for candidates, ensuring their experience is smooth, engaging, and unforgettable. You will own your workflow and partner with recruiters, executive assistants, and hiring teams to deliver top-notch results. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, taking recruiting coordination to the next level. As the candidate experience guru for your teams, you will advise and support recruiting and hiring managers with your expertise, providing a white-glove service to both internal stakeholders and candidates, ensuring everyone feels valued and informed.
