Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Engineering to lead a team of technical experts in the South Majors team. This remote role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on customer success.

You have a proven track record of leading technical teams in a sales engineering capacity, with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction. Your experience includes managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability, empowering your team to excel in their roles. You are passionate about cybersecurity and understand the importance of zero trust security in today's digital landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of sales engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they effectively engage with customers and address their technical needs. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of the sales process, from initial customer engagement to post-sale support.
