Overview

Amazon is hiring an Account Manager for its Third-Party Marketplace team in Cairo. You'll focus on acquiring new sellers and managing key accounts to enhance their business on Amazon. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

You have a background in business development and a strong understanding of e-commerce — you thrive in environments where you can support the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. Your analytical skills allow you to solve complex business problems, and you possess excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills that help you convey ideas effectively. You are comfortable operating in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous situations, taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. You understand the importance of building relationships with selling partners and are committed to their success on the platform.

Experience in account management or business development within the e-commerce sector is a plus. Familiarity with Amazon’s products, services, systems, and tools will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As an Account Manager, you will lead efforts to acquire new sellers by prospecting and recruiting merchants who can offer competitive products on Amazon. You will work closely with key merchants, helping them launch and grow their businesses on the platform. Your role will involve using feedback from merchants to identify opportunities for improving Amazon’s offerings and processes. You will also lead various projects aimed at driving growth and enhancing customer and seller experiences in Egypt.
