What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple implementation projects — you will create detailed project plans that outline timelines, resources, and deliverables. You will elicit and define customer requirements, ensuring that all project objectives align with client expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you provide regular updates on project progress to both internal staff and customer stakeholders.

You will collaborate with other project managers and partners to ensure a streamlined implementation of all products — this includes coordinating efforts across teams to address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. You will continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction through strong vendor relationships and the effective use of available tools.

Maintaining and updating all internal applications associated with projects will be part of your responsibilities — you will ensure that all project documentation is accurate and accessible. Identifying project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation plans will be essential to your role, as you strive to deliver projects on time and within budget.
