Five9 is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive revenue and acquire new customers across North America. This role requires strong networking skills and the ability to close complex enterprise deals.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and can create a large pipeline of business quickly. You possess excellent networking skills and are comfortable with cold-calling to generate business opportunities. You understand the importance of brand awareness and lead generation, and you are adept at meeting and exceeding sales quotas. You are a team player who values diversity and inclusion, and you are eager to contribute to a culture that celebrates different perspectives and backgrounds.
Experience in the cloud contact center software industry is a plus. Familiarity with sales forecasting tools, such as Salesforce, will help you maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting. You are comfortable presenting business plans during quarterly reviews and are always looking for ways to improve your sales strategies. You are motivated by results and have a history of closing both complex enterprise and transactional deals.
As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating and driving revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts. You will generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling, and you will drive brand awareness through campaigns and lead generation efforts. You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring that you meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas. You will develop a comprehensive business plan and present it during quarterly review sessions, maintaining account and opportunity forecasting within our internal forecasting system. Your role will require you to self-generate leads and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
