As a Video Editor, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting the Global Creative Studio, based at our headquarters in Berlin, Germany. Your primary responsibility is the expert localization and rapid deployment of UGC-style video ads across paid social platforms for 15+ languages. You will utilize your full post-production proficiency to transform creative footage into high-impact content, ensuring flawless quality and timely delivery that scales our brand globally, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Expertly adapt and localize high-volume video campaigns for 15+ markets across paid social channels, with a focus on Meta ads (Facebook / Instagram).
• Execute the complex integration of localized captions, on-screen text and voiceovers (VO).
• Manage the full video post-production assembly process, performing editing/re-sequencing, and utilizing tools to adapt assets rapidly.
• Conduct rigorous quality control and technical compliance checks on all final localized assets, ensuring adherence to specifications for every target market and platform.
• Assemble, export, and manage multiple video versions from master files efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and strict version control to meet campaign deadlines.
• Proactively engage with the Creative Team and stakeholders to integrate feedback quickly.

What you’ll bring

• Expert in digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite) with familiarity using UGC-first editing platforms like CapCut and similar tools.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills and creativity.
• A deep understanding of the video localization workflows for high-volume subtitling, captioning, and VO integration.
• Solid understanding of the paid social media landscape and the specific technical requirements for ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workflows, prioritize complex tasks efficiently, and maintain high standards for speed and quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A reliable, self-starting individual with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative team environment.
