Airtable is seeking a Technical Sourcer to identify and engage top talent for their engineering teams. You'll design recruiting programs and build talent pipelines. This role requires 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing.
You have 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing, specifically building high-volume pipelines and filling niche specialized roles. You are skilled at designing creative top-of-funnel strategies and building trusted partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers. Your ability to generate and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs is a key strength. You prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring that all candidates receive equal and unbiased consideration. You are adept at using talent maps, data, and funnel metrics to inform your sourcing strategy and proactively identify bottlenecks in the search. You excel at effectively pitching passive talent on the Airtable opportunity through tailored and creative messaging.
Experience with organizing recruiting initiatives to generate leads, such as referral drives, nurture campaigns, and events, is a plus. You are familiar with building processes that help the team scale the way they engage passive talent.
