KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Manager to promote and sell their cybersecurity products to existing enterprise customers. This role requires fluency in German and a strong focus on customer engagement.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the enterprise sector, and possess strong communication skills in both English and German. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is paramount, as you will be responsible for promoting and selling KnowBe4’s suite of products and services to existing customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as it allows you to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to clients.
Experience in cybersecurity or related technology fields is highly desirable, as it will enable you to better understand the challenges faced by our clients. Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management tools will also be beneficial in this role. You are adaptable and open to continuous learning, eager to stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
As an Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing enterprise customers. Your primary goal will be to exceed monthly sales quotas by encouraging clients to purchase additional products and services. You will engage with customers regularly to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their security posture. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our product development and service delivery processes.
You will also conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Your role will involve preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of our products and how they can address specific security challenges. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible.
