Google is seeking a Lead Senior Product Manager for Media Effectiveness to guide products from conception to launch. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and other stakeholders. This role requires 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the ads industry.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. You have a proven track record of taking technical products from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. Your experience in the ads industry or launching ads products sets you apart, as does your ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. You have a strong background in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership, showcasing your communication skills. Additionally, you have experience with people management and technical leadership, having managed direct reports in previous roles. Your understanding of ads measurement is a valuable asset that will contribute to your success in this position.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with various teams to guide products from conception to launch, ensuring that both technical and business aspects are aligned. You will manage the validation of market size and opportunity, focusing on user-based and strategic opportunities. Your responsibilities will include leading and harmonizing processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, for new or existing products or business ventures. You will be instrumental in connecting the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into manageable steps that drive product development. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment where innovative ideas can flourish, ultimately leading to the successful launch of products that impact millions of users.
