SoFi is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee quality assurance testing and support business units with data analytics. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in quality assurance processes.
You have a solid background in quality assurance, with experience in overseeing testing processes and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills that allow you to identify root causes of issues and propose actionable solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with various business units to drive improvements and enhance member experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is a key strength, enabling you to present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies. You are proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, and you have a knack for developing evaluation forms and standard operating procedures that enhance quality assurance practices.
In this role, you will oversee quality assurance testing across multiple business units, ensuring that all processes adhere to established policies and compliance expectations. You will organize and deliver monthly analysis data to senior leadership, providing insights that drive decision-making and operational improvements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining quality assurance evaluation forms and documents, as well as developing standard operating procedures that streamline testing processes. You will analyze member experiences to identify root causes of issues and collaborate with teams across the organization to implement changes that enhance service quality.
You will proactively identify risks and opportunities within each business unit, addressing and escalating issues as necessary to ensure that performance standards are met. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. You will also participate in training and mentoring team members on quality assurance best practices, contributing to the overall development of the QA function at SoFi.
