Overview

DoubleVerify is seeking a Talent & Learning Specialist to manage onboarding and internship programs globally. You'll support key talent management initiatives and help build a world-class Talent & Learning operation. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in managing learning programs.

You have experience in managing learning programs and a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate DoubleVerify's onboarding program, ensuring that new employees are connected to essential content and their peers. You will manage internship programs globally, providing support for key talent management initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to design and implement effective learning strategies that align with the company's goals. You will also play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of these programs and making recommendations for improvements.

You will work closely with the VP of Talent Management, HR Technology & Operations, to develop and execute strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. Your ability to get things done efficiently will be essential as you navigate the fast-paced environment at DoubleVerify. You will also be involved in creating engaging content for training sessions and workshops, ensuring that all materials are relevant and impactful.
