DoorDash is hiring an Associate Manager for New Verticals to lead Search Experience Strategy & Operations. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and data science to enhance the customer shopping experience. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in product management.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in search or e-commerce. You understand the importance of user experience and have a knack for analyzing data to drive product decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science. You are excited about building and scaling new categories in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact on customer experience. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies and insights effectively to various stakeholders. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve both your work and the team's output.
In this role, you will define, execute, and optimize product initiatives aimed at enhancing the search experience across DoorDash's New Verticals. You will dive deep into consumer behavior data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improving search relevance and conversion rates. Collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams, you will launch new features that make shopping on DoorDash faster and more enjoyable. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and iterating on strategies based on user feedback and data analysis. Your insights will help shape the direction of the New Verticals business, ensuring that customers can quickly and confidently find what they are looking for. You will report to a Manager on the New Verticals Strategy & Operations team and participate in a hybrid work model, spending some time in the office and some time working remotely.
