Overview

MyFitnessPal is seeking a Senior Client Partner in Advertising - CPG to drive revenue growth through innovative advertising solutions. You'll manage relationships with key clients and agency partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strategic thinking and a results-driven approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in client management, particularly in the advertising sector, with a focus on consumer packaged goods (CPG). Your experience includes developing and executing account plans that drive revenue and client satisfaction. You excel at consulting with clients on their advertising strategies, offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives. You are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and strategic agency partners.

You understand the importance of collaboration and have experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, revenue operations, and marketing teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in advertising solutions. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires 30 - 50% travel to meet with clients and partners.

Desirable

Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital advertising trends and technologies. You are adept at leveraging data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that campaigns are impactful and meet client objectives. A background in sales or business development within the advertising space will further enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic agency partners, establishing and nurturing relationships that drive revenue growth. You will develop and execute comprehensive account plans that focus on client satisfaction and long-term retention. Your responsibilities will include consulting with clients on their advertising strategies, offering innovative solutions across MyFitnessPal's platform to meet their needs.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with client objectives. This includes working with product and engineering teams to ensure that advertising solutions are effectively integrated into the user experience. You will also engage with revenue operations to optimize campaign performance and reporting.

Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in advertising, allowing you to provide valuable insights to clients. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
