Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centric solutions that drive engagement and conversion. Your portfolio showcases your ability to design intuitive interfaces and experiences that resonate with users. You are proficient in Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. You are passionate about mental health and understand the importance of making care accessible to everyone. You are comfortable with feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing. You have a knack for storytelling through design and can articulate your design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Headway, you will own the design of our top-of-funnel experiences, focusing on how we attract and engage new providers. You will collaborate with product managers to define the vision and strategy for provider acquisition, ensuring that our design solutions align with business goals. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of potential providers, using these insights to inform your design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas and facilitate user testing. You will work closely with engineers during the implementation phase to ensure that the final product aligns with your design vision. You will also mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills.
