Dandy is seeking a Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads and shape the sales function in a high-growth environment. You'll utilize Salesforce and other outreach tactics to drive revenue. This role requires 1-2+ years of professional sales experience.
You have 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment — you've successfully navigated the challenges of generating leads and filling the sales funnel. Your experience with cold calling, particularly targeting SMBs, has equipped you with the skills to engage prospects effectively. You are comfortable using tools like Salesforce to track sales activities and continuously improve your processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoffs. Your feedback and ideas will be instrumental in building the BDR function from the ground up, and you are eager to contribute to shaping processes and strategies.
As the Founding BDR at Dandy, you will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of dental practice prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business through various outbound channels, including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics. You will pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales funnel. Tracking your sales activity using Salesforce and other tools will be crucial for your success, as you will continuously seek to improve your outreach processes. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition for clients once they are ready to move forward.
