What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the EMEA Services Delivery team, working closely with the VP of Global Services Delivery to establish a clear vision and strategy for the department. You will be responsible for creating and implementing standards and processes that enhance service delivery and ensure that customer challenges are addressed effectively. Your leadership will guide the team in developing innovative solutions that leverage Snowflake's AI Data Cloud capabilities, enabling customers to maximize their data potential.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance service quality. Your role will involve setting performance metrics and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds these targets, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Additionally, you will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the Services Delivery department, identifying trends and best practices that can be adopted to improve service offerings. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, helping them to grow in their careers while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
